Location, Great access to Haram

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me print important documents on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

We stayed for 8 nights and got an upgrade to a room with a partial haram view, which was awesome! The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly and quick. The location is perfect, really close to the mosque. Only annoying thing was the reception's slow response to our requests. Still, the restaurant had great food options!

i loved staying at makkah towers! the location was perfect, so close to the haram, making it easy to visit even during busy times. the continental breakfast was fantastic, and the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. also, the reflexology health center was a nice touch for relaxation.

In my wife's opinion, the elevators were too crowded and frustrating. It would be great if they could improve the lift services, especially during peak times to accommodate families efficiently.

Staff provided impeccable service, with Areej ensuring a smooth check-in and Jahangir maintaining cleanliness daily. The central location, steps away from the Haram and various dining options, made everything convenient. However, accessing the hotel by car was initially difficult, requiring assistance from local police and multiple attempts to find the right route.
